Senior Mechanical Engineer

Bridgeford Group is proud to announce that Lynette Williams has joined our Building Services Engineering team as Senior Mechanical Engineer!

Lynette is a highly capable and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer who works closely with clients to achieve their building performance and sustainability goals. She has over 25 years of experience designing complex and industry renowned engineering and sustainability projects across public and private sectors, including Councils, Hospitals, Education and Critical Infrastructure across Australia. In addition, Lynette is an expert in sustainable design for laboratories, cleanrooms and medical gases, having presented internationally at the Sustainability Laboratories conference in the USA.

Lynette’s project experience is extensive and diverse, and includes design and documentation for data centres, education, laboratories, residential, retail and aged care. One of her key projects included being part of the bid team for an 11MW fully electrified, central heating precinct for a $1B+ zero-carbon hospital. Her previous clients include Melbourne University, CSL, Peninsula Health, Coles, TPG and Baptcare.

Lynette’s current projects at Bridgeford Group include a fully electrified, 350kWr heat-pump retrofit project for a critical call centre, HVAC upgrades for aging equipment as part of a Net Zero strategy, end-of life boiler upgrade for an Global IT firm, high-humidity, high efficiency space heating for a research based greenhouse and a solar hot water project. Lynette is also a Chartered Professional Engineer, Member of CIBSE, and Registered Building Practitioner (Mechanical).
